Pre-Dedicated Hosting Service Questions

I am planning on making a dedicated hosting service some time soon, but i have some questions about that:
1. How do you make it so that "PNetwork's Dedicated Host Server" becomes something like "Rocketdude77's TDM" I mean how do you change it from your own name hosting the server to your client's name hosting the server. :P
2. How do you make it so that "PNetwork's Dedicated Host Server" with only the default add-ons changes to "Rocketdude77's TDM" with the TDM addon and alot of weapon packs? I mean how do you make it so that your client's server gets the add-ons they want? I thought about using the in-game add-on loader but it's failed!
3. How do you host multiple dedicated servers at once for each of your clients without getting Connect to IP messed up?
I mean, if there are multiple dedicated servers running up at once from the same IP then if your client does not want to wait for their server to be in the server list, and they decide to connect to IP, will it connect them to their server or another client's server? :P

I asked my brother Pacnet and he said to use setKey("activation key");
Will this set the server host configuration and add-ons enabled or am i going to have to search for the ingame add-on loader?

I dont think anybody will want to buy a hosting service off somebody who doesnt seem to how how to even run a dedicated or from the look of your other topic, ports.. yet alone one that is run of your home pc on a residential connection

People want a professional host, not some guy hosting from his PC at home that doesn't even know how to use a remote client, FTP client, or how to forward ports.

Instead of creating your own hosting service, just use Kalphiter's.

Not all residential connections are as bad as yours, you know, and a correctly set up home PC can be just as good as a rack server.

However, I still wouldn't buy from this guy, because he seems like an idiot.
