Can't spawn, lag, and glitchy performance

Every server I connect to I just end up freezing including my own. The whole game is extremely laggy, and sometimes Blockland lag closes. Help?

I normally can and it loads like no problem. I don't have an overload of datablocks or anything. i just restarted my router we'll see then.
