An odd error with paint sets.

I need some help. I've tried downloading a few paintsets, and they don't seem to take effect.
I've downloaded them like everything else; pop 'em into the Add_Ons folder.
Unlike everything else I've tried, they don't seem to take any effect, I'm still stuck using the basic colors.
Any help?

You need RTB. Then when in the Start A Game menu there should be an option that says color sets. Click that and you can choose your color set.

You can't just place it into add-ons. You have to overwrite it from where it is in the base folder.
