Crap all over my desktop when I reinstall TF2 - or is it when I update Steam?

Well, recently I had to reinstall TF2 for who knows why, and when I did it, these icons showed up on my desktop.
I woke up today, and I had to reinstall again, and it appeared again. What do I do D:

I'm more focused on the background than the icons.
It's hard to pay attention to anything else, really.
How can you stand that?

In the case that he did, he put the cookie monster to state that he found it funny. It's not that hard to figure out.

If you look closely, there is a folder named "annoying"
