From what I remember, Rookie was a mean-spirited prat who was constantly being an ass for the sake of being an ass, then begging for us to give him another chance and proceeding to not change a damn thing. He then got banned, played it off as trolling, and made a bunch of alts where he still didn't change.
However, Rookie seems to be an okay person now. I don't really forgive him for being the asshat that he was, but it looks to me like he's finally changed for the better. Don't hate him or like him because you think you're supposed to do one or the other, make your own opinion.
