Author Topic: I screwed up my sleep pattern.  (Read 2373 times)

I was tired yesterday so I told my Dad to wake me up in an hour and went to sleep.

He never woke me up, so now it's 11:33 PM and I can't sleep.

I wake up at 9, stay in bed till 12 and then get up

For me it's:

Go to sleep at 5AM

Wake up at 4PM.

I go to sleep anywhere from 3am to 7am and usually wake up around 2pm to 4pm

Every time I try to fix my sleep schedule I just mess it up the next day

I think I read somewhere that the human brain isn't designed to function properly on a 24 hour day

Melatonin tablets/pills. Works wonders.

forget, i just slept for four hours, if my parents weren't being friends and yelling at each other because of a facebook comment i would have spelt till 5 am.


During school I go to be around 10 and up at 7-ish.

Summer?

i do it too, i'm sure every teenager who takes part in a forum does this during summer.

here's my school day schedule.

wake up 6am
put on uniform
go back to sleep
wake up 6:30 am, get in car, sleep.
go to school, eat during class.
