City RP V.1 (wip)

i am making a big city RP and need help. anyone who can build or wants to be a beta tester can ask.

if somebody's name is in red they can be replaced by a builder or beta tester.  if their name is black they are per-ma banned. if their name is blue they are gonna soon be unbanned. if their name is yellow they are banned but not per ma banned. white names mean i had to warn or kick them for something. i will have reasons why they are banned.

if there is a B by their name that means they are a builder if a T they are a beta tester

yes but i need people to test it cause i have alot of things (including scripts from city RP) edited
EDIT:im not painting ACM city red and naming it an epic city rp im starting a HUGE bity rp from nothing and it is more than one city

also there will be pllaces like other cities and things that you can only get to by plane or boat or something so saying that i dont need testers is wrong.

why are there so many people who dont think before they post (no offense to you im just getting mad because people judge me before i can finish)

Also, people, don't be mean to random people just because:
1. Their name is not upper-case.
2. Their name has numbers.
3. Their topic looks wrong.

I mean really, I know this is the internet and all, but this is really getting old. A lot of people on the internet don't act like this.

It could be one. Before I joined Blockland Forums I had no experience on forums whatsoever. I had bad grammar and stuff like that. But now that I have been here a long time, I'm a lot smarter and have good grammar and stuff. How do you explain that?
