Tom

This just means the government can't make laws to ban games.

It doesn't stop private stores from selling M rated games or anything like that.

Ban games? I thought it was supposed to prohibit children from playing violent video games.
If its supposed to be prohibiting children from playing violent video games. Then nothing will change, their parents will buy them the games anyway.

Tom

THis doesn't really change anything, it just will never allow the U.S. to become Australia.

I've been playing M rated games as a child, I turned out fine.

From what I can tell, the law wouldn't let kids play (read: buy) any game that had violence in it, even if it's some sort of cartoony game with no blood whatsoever.

Thank god it got shot down.

I hate reading legal documents.

What the government needs to do is shut down ESRB.

Video Games need censorship taken down too. Children can be killed violently in movies but if they are killed in video games then it's an issue and we are apparently sick forgets for killing virtual children.

Zabrana video igara je glupa ideja, jednostavno glupo. On krši Prvi amandman na takav očiti način.
Translated: Banning video games is a stupid idea, simply stupid. It violates the first amendment in such an obvious way.
Sorry, Just wanted to try out Google Translate.

You're handicapped.
