The 3DS is near new looking, with one 3mm by 1mm scratch on one part and a 2mm deep dent on it in another.

That. Disturbs me.
Anyways, The processing is slow, It takes forever to start, They haven't fixed the 3DS-Turns-On-But-Screens-Don't glitch, the browser doesn't support flash, the graphics still stink, You can't play online w/ others (you could w/ DSLite Games), and the camera quality stinks. that's why.
