I am at work and my coworker is wondering if it's nice to email a stranger (business partner that we are meeting today) and tell her "you have nice hair".

What do you guys think? I don't think it's very professional.

EDIT: He thinks it's nice.

Edit: Ontopic, Yeah, some random email from a co-worker saying "Mmmmm your hair is nice...." Would set me in the wrong direction if I didnt know him. [<<If I was female, but me being a guy and a female said this to me I would be interested....]
