Another point is that some people (me included) See all memories and thoughts in third person instead of first.
magical.
I switch in and out of this.
When you read do you imagine what's happening in pictures, or do you just see the text and memorize/absorb it?
I always have the image appear as I read, and actually drift out of reality in a sense.
I forget I am reading the book and just see the books reality in my mind in image and moving image.
However, I do fritz out of this, like above.
And at the same time, it's the same sort of concept of when I'm reading and I think of something different.
That thought appears in my mind, meanwhile my body keeps on reading.
And when I mention that I drift out of reality and forget I'm reading, I mean that the act of me reading, turns into that feeling of when you breathe automatically without thinking about it.
When I read books my head acts it out. So I basically imagine everythign as I read it, as if reading a picture book.
This is a good explanation of what I mean, except I stop focussing on forcing myself to read, and my mind continues to do that while I enjoy the pretty pictures.
As if being read a story by someone else and you just listen to the words and look at the pictures.
But in general, I suppose I switch in and out of textual and image based thinking, and that too switches between third person and first person thinking too.
