Desktop is not making a signal to my monoter.

Its an Acer Aspire AX1300-U1802A and it started after i logged on to windows 7 X64 after an update. than it went stadit and i turned it off. Now its giving to signal and i am about to call acer.
Any one know whats going on with my PC so i dont have to call Acer?
