What, another? Yes, another! Now with more medieval! This is still a work and progress, and the banner is the only picture I have, but what I have so far is very nice, if I do say so myself. I bumped this because of updates, and because you people need to host it. Notice the smexy new pics and info.
There are three teams, the caravan drivers, the guards, and the raiders. The main point of the caravan drivers is to survive until the end of the map.
The guards protect the caravans, and the raiders attack them. There are much more raiders then guards, but the guards are stronger, and they can use the caravans as cover.
The said caravan is Kaje's (is that right, Kaje made it?) covered wagon. What? Too fast you say? That's why we can edit scripts! The caravan is much slower, and has seemingly infinite health.
You only have one life, obviously. The terrain is a rocky valley surrounded by trees and bushes, with the occasional rocky hill (archers can have some fun). The dense forest provides great hidings spots for raiders, providing GREAT ambush points. One team can win very easily, depending on how good their commander is, and how bad the others is.
Knights, or guards, cannot jump. This can cause problems at the river, I guess you'll just have too look for those completely unnoticeable rocks that provide a good way across...
The spawn system is something unique I decided to do. When a player spawns, on either team, there are variable events to randomize what class that person is, whether that be a archer, a heavy unit (pike, mace, ect.) or just a standard swordsman. The knights, or guards, have 20 seconds of wait before spawning, so the raiders have time to set up the ambush. Can the raiders spawncamp? Well, yes, in theory. But that's what the made the ban button for.
Weapon Possibilities:Each time you spawn, one weapon is randomly selected.
For the Guards, you are going to be chosen from 4 different weapon types, all players with 200 health and no jump, besides the mage. They are:
The Shortsword, most common weapon chosen for the guards.
The Pike, the strongest weapon on the guard team, not too rare.
The Long Bow, the weapon chosen for every archer.
The Mage, this class is VERY rare and the user has light magic, this makes them the healer of the group.
For the Raiders, you will be chosen between 5 classes, all players being able to jump, the weak being 80 health, the stronger maxing out at 120. They can all jump. They are:
The Dirk, weak weapon, but the user is quite fast, and is the best ambushing unit on the team.
The Morning Star, a mace, fairly common, slow hitting but strong, the user gets 120 health
Short War Bow, the archers weapon.
The War Axe, stron 1 sided axe. Fairly rare, user gets 120 health
The Mage, this class is VERY rare and the user gets fire magic, making them very deadly.

Got bored, made shroom.

Now, I thought you said it was a CARAVAN we were raiding...

Story Time!From the Gaurds perspective:
“Sir!” yelled a young boy named Vipes. “The map says that we took the wrong turn! This is the blocked entrance; the secondary entrance was back on that road we saw a couple miles back.” Sir Fragite looked out across the forest. He was a hardened veteran, fighting in the king’s army for 25 years now; he was truly honored to be on this mission. It was simple, bring the peasants to the old castle and guard them until reinforcements arrived.
“Well its too late now, lad, we’ll just have to keep moving. Driver!”
“Yes suh,” the driver said in his eastern drawl. Fragite personally hated him, but he held back his anger out of clear loyalty to the king.
“Can you get the cart across this river up ahead?”
“Seems easy enough, suh, but you fellas might have some trouble getting’ across.” Sir Fragite snorted, “Bah! You think a puny river can stop the king’s army? It will take more then that to stop us.” The driver gave Fragite a blank stare. “I’m sure it will, suh.” They continued on.
“Sir!” Said Vipes in a quavering voice, “A-are there supposed to be corpses around here? I think maybe we should turn back.”
“This is an old castle, there were many fights by it. I’m sure they’re very old. If its anything else, we can handle it, the kings army wont be stopped by a few puny rebels.”
And that’s when the first arrow flew.
From the Raiders perspective:
Aplemis was lazily herding a bug around with his knife when he looked up from his post and saw a wagon train. He jumped to attention and noticed the kings seal on the soldiers breastplates. That’s the kings army! But what are they doing here?
“Oye, you two, come look at this,” he said to the group of bandits behind him.
“What is it?” said one.
“The kings army sent a caravan.” All bandits but Aplemis looked at each other for a few seconds, then scrambled back to their tents to grab there weapons.
“Oye, what are you doing?” yelled Aplemis. The bandits stopped and looked at him with confused expressions.
“Isn’t it obvious?”
“I think its more then obvious!”
“Were taking it!” they all yelled at once, an ran into the road. Aplemis shook his head, “Gah! This better be worth it.”
I do take constructive criticism and suggestions. There will be more pictures and info to come, just stay tuned! The main updates in this are the leaves on the ground, updated longer map, new spawning system, and a 20 second delay before the guards spawn, giving the raiders time to hide.
