this applies to pony related content that is obviously pony related in a manner that isn't meant to troll

the stuff tesla posted i didn't like either but he's not posting 10 images every thread like lord tony used to do, therefore it is within tolerable and non-reportable range, as long as it abides by the rules and is not being spammed.
