Legally

It depends.

There is YouTube, which you can determine legitimacy yourself, where many users provide HD 1080p of every episode for viewing.
There is iTunes, where you can legally purchase the episodes (which I would assume money is not the idea, it also requires being in the US).
There is The Hub's website, which only provides a few of the most recent episodes.

As far as I know, there is no way to "legitimately" view every episode, in top-quality or not, for free.

If you want to start from the beginning, the easiest way is YouTube. I can help you out with the first episode.
