VSH BOSS: Lieutenant Allister Caine

Special Abilities: Has a 50% chance to dodge bullets and melee attacks.

Rage (Feat): Malestrom - Caine jumps in a 360 and shoots everyone in his sight (distance tbd). It will do x4 the pistol damage.

Super Rage (Super Feat): Epic Malestrom - Caine does exactly what he does in his normal rage, but it instantly kills if he hits.

Epic Version: Captian Allister Caine

Extra Abilities: Gains rage 4x faster, and has an extended range with his super rage.

Rage (Feat): Overkill - A huge beam of energy rushes out of his pistols, killing everyone in its path.

Super Rage (Super Feat): Epic Overkill - Caine performs malestrom, only the pistols shoot out large beams of energy that kills instantly on hit.
