New York's Comic Con begins October 11th-14th, My Little Pony has a panel, and its within 30 days. It'll likely be announced at that event!

assuming they announce it at NYCC, and assuming they keep their word about the "4-weeks-in-advance" announcement, my new guess is November 10th as the airdate.
