I don't understand the whole Spitfire rage going on right now. IMO her new voice is the least of this episodes problems. On that note, hasn't she only spoken one time in the entire series before today? Who said her voice has to be set in stone from that one time when she had a couple of lines? And of course she's going to act like a bitch, she's been put into this Drill Sargent role, she's not supposed to be nice under this circumstance. But again, when was it decided that Spitfire isn't a bitch? As I said, she only spoke once before, and at the time she was making a special public appearance. Maybe what we saw before was her more subdued side, and this is what she normally acts like.

each of which she spoke more than a sentence

the event in hurricane fluttershy was just a record setter/observation (and only by her), not so much a special event of high society. each episode she had the same voice, acted the same way. although it is quite possible she puts on a face for show, i choose not to believe it was a celebrity-personality

People were also complaining about the flying. I'm pretty sure this is just me, but any flying scene gives me a massive brain boner. You guys know how I feel about wings. :x
