two of my other coworkers were talking about star trek and they mentioned Q so I was like "what would you guys say if I said that I've met Q's actor" and the guy who ended up finding out said "well I'd say that you've probably been to a convention" and I made the handicapped mistake of saying "yes but it wasn't a star trek convention" so he said "so what convention was it?" and I just said "a convention for a different show for which john de lancie had done voice acting" so he got all smart and looked up shows for which de lancie had done voice acting on IMDB

yeah mlp is like one of the only, if not the only show that de lancie's voice acted for

according to wikipedia he has only done four cartoons in his career (batman: the animated series, dock dodgers, young justice and friendship is magic), and a couple video games
so although he's not new to the scene, he doesn't do it very often

though, i think in an interview he said he enjoyed doing voice work and would likely start to do it more

it's for either episode 8, 10, or 11 (my guess? probably episode 8 interestingly enough). so confusing D:
meaning the final two will air in February.

this being why:
e08 - 01/26/13 = spike episode
e10 - 12/29/12 = fluttershy episode
e11 - 01/19/13 = another spike episode

otherwise, we get two spike episodes in two weeks. also, no rarity episodes? D':
