How would people think that was what she said? It's a children's cartoon, and while it may have these subtle jokes and hints like lots of old cartoons would do, they wouldn't be so blunt about it

Celestia is the "wise old mentor" character archetype (or something similar); as such I doubt she'd actually star in her own episode (sadly).
