I would hardly consider that a dress. More just a oddly shaped T shirt with essentially skinny jeans of the same skin tone. She obviously wants everyone to look at her lower body. Thus, she is calling attention to her ass.

Apple Jack looks like a loving wild west themed stripper

And there seems to be something horribly wrong with dash's body shape, but I can't put my finger on it.
