They are usually 40+ year old russians with broken english.
It's really handicapped how people do it though, especially considering how fluffy pony deaths were just a running gag at one point (There were stories where they would drown just by looking at the ocean).
I usually lurk the part of the fluffy community that's sane, so it's not really much of a problem for me.
