I was just giving your babby starcraft crap a fairer fight than Warhammer would.
Granted, the Thor would still get its' ass handed to it by the Atlas, but an Imperial titan would just step on them both because they're so ludicrously over the top.

That's funny, most mech warrior humanoid mechs look like if they took one shot they'd fall over and explode.  Plus, seeing the proportions comparing to a human the thor would easily be the one stepping on the atlas.

I'd say the Thor is maybe 20 meters tall at most. So no it most certainly would not.
