what sort of thing would you be doing as a combat engineer? like building tanks?

not exactly.
combat engineer is hard to explain, i guess i never asked much about that particular branch.
but it's not like they go out with hard hats and coveralls and put up sentries and stuff, they also do your average combat, building breaches, etc.
IIRC combat engineers are the guys that do stuff like disarming minefields n' stuff as far as I know. They probably do all sorts of stuff.
this is part of their job.
but please don't go for Infantry if you ever enlist.
they're all handicapped.
