while I was listening to that awful podcast, Oliver Nicole (Celestia) mentioned that we would probably be learning about the origins of the Elements of Harmony, Equestria, and whatnot as the show/seasons/episodes go on.

That interests me, I like the think that there is a large story and history behind the show that will eventually be explained. Right now we've sort of been shot down into the world with many things that have happened prior that have yet to be explained, and I hope we get those explanations.
