there is no information on the episode other then that title, but it could very well be a Fluttershy episode.
honestly, I care more about a Scootaloo episode, Celestia episode, or another two-parter right now.

They're likely only going to do two-parters at the start of the season, like a backwards season finale

I've heard rumors that the last few episodes of the season are going to be a two (or more) part story. Plus, I recall Jayson Thiessen saying they wanted to do more in Season Two during his IAMA, or perhaps it was Lauren Faust who said she wanted to do more of them? I forget. Lastly, the two-part story "The Return of Harmony" was originally intended for Season One but got pushed back so it became the start of Season Two.

Either way, I think it's possible and I simply can't wait for the next one.
