Oh, and I'm not the only Brony in the camp. On a gaming server we had at break, someone typed "My other ride is a Pegasus". Hopefully people didn't hear me choke.

Things like that are good ways to find people who like what you like IRL without anyone else knowing.
Like, stuff that nobody else would understand.

"I've seen better days" is a commonly used line to express how someone is not going well.
Adding capitalization to "Better Days" implies that it is a proper noun.
Anyone who has seen or read Better Days would understand the reference.
