I don't see any atrocities against Hobbes, Lock, Roseau, Socratean, or Platonic philosophies here, are you talking about perhaps, Catholic principles that detest hedonistic pursuits that detract from one's own relationship with the God-Savior? Because we're all guilty of hedonism, being that our entire culture is built around it.
