that's not a Swastika, look at the coloring and angle. You're looking at an Equestika, a modified Buddhist peace symbol.

I haven't really spoken to Shinji since Earth 2.0 was shut down, so I never even knew of his status. He really is a very bright person, I can see why. At least he doesn't yell at walls or forces opinions or attempts to derail.
We do all of that ourselves.
