It does not, first you have to constantly keep making stairs just to get to the upper levels and if you make a mistake on a lower level then you have to delete that block, delete part of the stairs, go back down, etc.

unless you did everything as in level formation, it'd take probably two hours
maybe more if you forget stuff up too much
