Then maybe you shouldn't pay too much attention to the breast and more attention to the picture as a whole.

It's funny because of pinkie's spunky attitude and how she's always so random, and fluttershy's shyness towards her friends. If you still don't think it's funny then maybe you should be more open-minded instead of generalizing it.
