Assuming you'll be sleeping with the beds owner, I can't say I'd want to sleep in Celestia's bed.
That would be awkward, kind of like sleeping with your mother/some much older adult.

Luna would probably be more of a sleep-over type deal.

One thing is for sure, you would never get to sleep with Pinkie Pie.
She would keep you awake the entire night.

Twilight would probably be the most quiet (or would be constantly talking about things she learned/books), Rarity would be nit-picky, Applejack would probably crash from hard work (and snore), Fluttershy would also quietly fall asleep, Rainbow Dash probably would be less hyper than Pinkie Pie (assuming she was excited about the sleepover).
