if you go to "Open Blockable Items" (ctrl+shift+v) scroll and find

right click it, then add it.

thats the easy way to do it.
sometimes it won't let you, this is because the website hosting the image is on the whitelist (which only exists if you got the 'subscription' to EasyList or whatever). just remove that and you can block it.
