@Poll:

I never use captions. I can't focus on what I'm watching, I have to look down to read them. (which is the main reason why I never watch Japanese subtitled anime)
The only times I ever use captions is for movies with loud scenes, I like to know what is said. TV shows, namely this one, are not that loud. You can easily tell what they are saying, it's not a struggle.
