everything else changes up so the song as a whole isn't repetitive in terms of just the same 4 measures of everything after another.

The only thing that is changed is adding effects like wobbles or splits or volume changes, nothing special. Not saying it's a bad song though, just could be much better.

Songs should be dynamic like this.

That's where it ends though, he doesn't change up the song at all, he stays to the same ~5 measures throughout the whole song, no bridge, collision, Ad lib, middle 8, or verse.
