I always suggest watching the pilot/first two episodes to start with. (if you're like me, you would literally watch the entire show in order afterward)
the other most popular suggestions are Swarm of the Century (episode 10), Dragonshy (episode 7), Sonic Rainboom, (episode 16) and Lesson Zero (episode 29/s02e03)

don't be surprised if the show isn't all that to you, though.
