I'm not sure on all the details yet. I'm guessing that at the most you can watch it on PC's via streaming and perhaps more.
I don't know if you can order CDs yet, I don't know if it's available on consoles, and so on.

Netflix doesn't do that anymore, they only have online streaming

last I heard they still do dvd rentals. it's just separate from streaming so it costs more. you choose to either do streaming, rentals, or both when you purchase the membership.
