i think megasweet started it, but I've never seen a black Rainbow Dash before
i'd draw them all white anyway, none of them act like african/african-americans (or any other race besides white for that matter) except for Zecora

Black RD is very very common also mexican RD.

I've even spotted Black Pinkie and Rarity once.

Fluttershy and Applejack seem to be white all the time.
