I heard iTunes 1080p rips don't exist because nobody has cracked the DRM yet. It's not really a 1080p rip, it's technically an upscaled 720p.

the way they get around that is using a program that re-records the video and audio, I'm not sure if its lossless quality or not but they do exist. there is another program that just decrypts the DRM, but it currently doesn't work with their latest version of DRM.
iTunes has 1080p video files of the entire Season One, and most of Season Two as well if that means anything.
