Sneak onto her PC and modify her Skype sounds.

Or if you can, find a way to control her PC. (maybe if shes close a wireless mouse or something I dunno. )

Does she use a headset? Maybe try hooking her speakers up to yours or an ipod or something, that could work.

better yet an alarm clock with an ipod dock would work well too if you set it up for an alarm.

the JOKE was that whenever my sister started talking to her obnoxious friends, dupstep would play in my browser to drown out the noise
