I totally didn't jump when Scoots had that wrench on her butt.

it was obviously oil so i didn't really care (plus her real talents have no relation to mechanics)
giving her a cutiemark would have changed the entire focus of the episode: screw babs, admire cutiemark

she rides a scooter she likely has to keep tuned up considering the beating it undoubtedly takes while doing wing-assisted stunts and she was able to assemble at least part of a float that had a time-sensitive mechanism enabling automatic steering

I'd say scootaloo is at least somewhat mechanically-inclined

The Show Stoppers, to me, is where some of their real talents were exposed. (Scoot)aloo and her (scoot)er tricks, Sweetie Belle and her singing, and Apple Bloom not-so-much except for cleaning and sowing/fabric junk lol

I still think Apple Bloom will have a cutie mark related to apples, and continue to work on the farm.

it's probably the only "headcanon" i have, theses little fillies future

but those were much more minor things; while arguably sweetie belle's singing is phenomenal, I take that as just being part of the show, she has yet to really show her talent in "the real world" aside from the short bit she hummed while dusting around the clubhouse

scootaloo definitely has some scooter talent as her name implies, but I'm still more impressed at her mechanical ability than her scooter stunts

I couldn't remember what apple bloom's talent was hinted at in show stoppers so I looked it up, turns out they didn't really say, poor apple bloom seems to really gets screwed in CMC episodes

maybe it was just an oversight on the writer's part to have three fillies assemble a fully functioning vehicle including a steering mechanism on a timer by themselves, but I'm sticking to my guns regardless

I definitely think Sweetie Belle is gonna be a singer, I can honestly picture her as one anyways.

Oh and you and Reg might be right about Scoot being a daredevil.

Plus Appleblooms family gets cutie marks last.

I'm guessing in the final episode of the series they will show us their marks.
