Part of being a business is having limits and restrictions. If you say commitions are closed, they are closed. Just because they ask nice doesnt mean they should get it. You need to tell them to wait for it to re open.

I never really take payment unless someone wants something huuuuge and really time consume that I genuinely won't enjoy drawing, then I charge £10 and stick to deadlines.
