I don't like the title because I watch a TV show and I don't need to be called something because of it.

Cry me a river. If something is big and spontaneous enough, in terms of fandom, it's going to get labelled. If its to be expected, probably not. I don't have a problem with being labelled as a brony, there's nothing wrong with it.

I agree with your attitude and point, but I don't specifically enjoy labeling myself as a "brony". I like that we have a title, but I don't like the title itself.

the title is fine in my opinion. everyone who is involved with this show is automatically "branded" as one by the internet, so if you hate it that much you're going to have a bad time.
i personally don't care about using it, and for the longest time thought i was a casual guy that didn't fall under the fandom's definition
