I think that Applebloom has been friends with Scoots and Sweetie for around in year in show time.
You don't know how long Applebloom knew Twist. The beginning of school? Since they where fillies? No one can tell. But my guess is that Applebloom knew Twist for quite some time.

if i recall correctly there was nothing that implied a real deep relationship between them, so it is reasonable to guess there wasn't one.
plus she dumped apple bloom under the bus, while neither sweetie belle nor scootaloo would


there would be no reason for them to just stop and abandon each other just because they got a cutie mark. the club might disappear once they got their marks (though it might get bigger since they're adding members like Babs Seed), but the three would continue to hang out for years to come

It is possible that they'll stay together.

But the club however, will not. Since it's a very small one as we know (Nothing has shown that Babs has made any progress as I've seen) and if it where to loose it's founders too early; It'll fall apart.
