I kinda (And maybe some others) knew this from the start. Her name even suggest she'll have to use a scooter to get around. And with her wings nearly able to carry her own weight, it should be expected.

I actually can't decide whether I want Scootaloo to be able to fly or not. Either way would be a perfect chance for character development.
