Someone from another forum with a teeny tiny baby pony topic has this to say:

"group goes into creepy place, finds out it was just their imagination the whole time" cliche

I think the most annoying aspect of this episode was the most cliche thing out of all the cliched things in this episode, when everyone says "I guess there was nothing weird about this place after all!" then all of a sudden "OH NO, THERE WAS A WEIRD THING THE WHOLE TIME!"

(unless it's going to be a recurring villain and not just some throwaway)

I find it incredibly strange that she [Twilight] ignored the organ-playing and all the other noises, yet decided to check things out when she heard ponies screaming.

They also wonder why in the world Celestia and Luna's old castle would have that... straaaaange decor style, as well as why in the world it would have all those random trapdoors and secret passages. I mean, there's a historical basis for secret passages but from what I hear this episode just took it to a whole new level.

Do you guys think the modern Canterlot castle has that many secret passages?

The castle seems to be designed for the two sisters amusement rather than being entirely practical. Celestia even wrote in her book that they play with the trapdoors and secret passageways.

i dont think she's growing
her body changed slightly in Magical Mystery Tour, now she has a longer neck, legs and horn.

so far she isn't continuously growing, and i don't think they will make her more taller considering how it would further alienate her from the other five


edit: you know, i just thought, when Twilight was telling them they should keep a journal for future readers, perhaps they'll be doing that as the latest new method of end-episode summaries (previously friendship lessons :c). if so, that makes the second season where the third episode changed that aspect of the show, haha
