Remote Control?

So as some of you may know you can now control your server through your web browser with this:

I get to the point where you have to type in http://localhost:28000, and 28000 is definitely my port

However I can never seem to get into it, I always get this screen


Also tried it on Internet Explorer


Any help? Am I doing anything wrong

The reason why I really need this to work is because I'm going to my auntie's house today which is about 100 miles away from my house as she lives in a different part of the country. But I still want to be able to host a dedicated freebuild and be able to manage it while I'm gone
