Making a layout for a clan??

I am making a new clan but cannnot figure out how to make a layout, do i have to make a website and make it join automatically?

There is no official clan support.

They're completely player run, no systems or anything.

The 'layout' is your post, and anyone can throw on clantags.

Thanks but I was just wondering because for example cucumberdudes clan has all these great pictures and logos but I don't know how to do that.

You first want to make a thread in the clan discussion forum.
Then, follow these steps:
1: Change your ingame clan tags.
2: Invite some of your friends over #rtb irc
3: Make an application server.
4: Wait for the people to start rolling in.
5: ???
6: $Profit$
