You might as well.
Being an starfish lowers your Karma, and can grant you access to Demon Armor.
It's quite good, adds 25% damage to all weapons and increases your speed.

Actually, yeah it does. Certain characters will talk to you differently if you have high or low karma. For example, you know that former Merc in Brickton? If you have low karma, he can actually follow you around. Some merchants will sell you more or less, depending on your karma, although it really only works during the extremes. I actually went with going full-on white knight and ended up being given the Angel Armor from the "Brickland Saint" quest.

The paladin armor is actually pretty good, considering it can be upgraded to give you up to 50% more damage and 50% more defence.

I keep trying to beat this timed level, and if I don't beat it in the time limit Badspot kicks my dog, I've already had my dog kicked a couple times, can anybody give me a hint?

Badspot kicked my dog like, fifteen times.  The quips he uses when he does it only get more hilarious.

Can't help you beat it though, sorry.

Well the final boss is different for everyone. The time I got Badspot, I think I used the chicken cannon, but that might have been on Leonard Nimoy.
