Of course it is, you have to unlock it by finding the golden brick on slate.

Really?

How come I never found it?

Really?

How come I never found it?

Because you don't know where it is.

and where is it?

I think you have to cover the slate with 64x baseplates and when you get an overlap message you've found it.

Well, that's the stuffty way, but you'll probably run out of bricks before finding it.
Try an aerial survey, that's what I did.

Aerial survey works maybe %6 of the time.

It's easy, you can just jump off the end of slate and you can see it from the bottom, make a brick and name it, Self Delete, and then use events to teleport yourself to your named brick.

You aren't thorough enough. Don't you have the GPS?

I am such a noob I'm still stuck on the part after the clock monster :( The pieces of the clock are useful tho when you need to stop time for a moment :D

So I have to fight his wizard and he's forgetign hard
he, like, fights with a TON of different element-based attacks, from a rock throw, dark-energy whip, light energy orb, fast light slash, tidal wave, fireball, fire blast at short range, electricity shot, a slow, big dark-energy orb that deals a LOT of damage and so on and so on
basically every elemental attack in the game

he's also wearing heavy armor and for some unknown reason really fast so the end-game Fixed Winged Angel Sword and Diabolical Incinerator gun don't do much damage

anyone know what should I do to even bring him to half his health?

If you think THAT's hard, you should try the dimension of identical avatars.
Creepy stuff.
